GRAPE VARIETY - Sangiovese 80%, Colorino/Ciliegiolo/Canaiolo a raspo rosso 15%
PRODUCTION AREA – Montepulciano.
TYPE OF VITICULTURE - In corded spurred in double cotte with a density of 6500 vines/ha.
VINIFICATION – In conical tanks made of Slovenian oak at a controlled temperature (max. 33°C). Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with long maceration on the pomace and frequent gradual pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled Slovenian oak vats. Almost simultaneously with primary fermentation.
MATURING – 12 months in small 5.5 hL Slavonian oak barrels and then 12 months in 35-50 hl Slovenian oak barrels.

FRAGRANCES – Classic fragrances highlighting cherry and violet flowers; It has an elegant nose with a slight warm blackberry before vanilla and pepper.
FLAVOUR – Very elegant with a pleasant and supple tannin. It is a wine that respects tradition with a search for freshness and great elegance.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 16-18°C.
