Daje Mach - Verduno Pelaverga is ideal with cold cuts, semi-hard cheeses and white meats such as roasted rabbit.

GRAPE VARIETY - Pelaverga Piccolo 100%
VINIFICATION – Destemming and cold maceration for 72 hours in thermo-controlled steel vats. Fermentation lasts about 9 days followed by a maceration of about 15 days.
AGEING - 6 months in steel.
COLOUR - Ruby red with purplish reflections.
FRAGRANCES - Intense, fragrant and spicy.
FLAVOR - Dry, fresh, velvety, with a black pepper aftertaste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 14 to 18°C.
