VINIFICATION – Destemming and cold maceration for 72 hours in thermo-controlled steel vats. Fermentation lasts about 9 days followed by a maceration of about 15 days.
AGEING - 6 months in steel.
COLOUR - Ruby red with purplish reflections.
FRAGRANCES - Intense, fragrant and spicy.
FLAVOR - Dry, fresh, velvety, with a black pepper aftertaste.
