Centus

Centus is a project born in the centenary year of the Cantina Giubertoni.

One hundred years of winemaking in the bottle. This full-bodied and structured Rosso Fermo wine, with the Garda Designation of Origin, is made from our best grapes grown in the Affi region, at the Bardali estate.

Cultivated organically according to agricultural practices that respect biodiversity, this wine benefits from a microclimate benefiting from the currents of Lake Garda and a unique terroir that give it structure, longevity and a unique soul. All the grapes, hand-picked and carefully selected, are placed in small crates and then harvested at the historic site of San Nicolo Po.

The 2021 vintage, with a long ageing in concrete vats built by Agostino Giubertoni and Tazio Giubertoni in the 1950s, is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The label features a mosaic of 100 paintings from the "Giubertoni D'autore" collection, presented on the occasion of the centenary in May 2024. One hundred paintings evoke the grape, the wine, the territory, the traditions and the Giubertoni family, who have been running the company with passion and love for a century.

4,000 numbered bottles are produced, some of which can be personalized with each customer's favorite label.
