Moscato d'Asti: vijf graden alcohol, fijne bubbels en de geur van verse druiven. De minst zware dessertwijn die er bestaat.
Moscato Bianco 100 %, op klei-kalkbodem, Guyotsnoei, 5.000 stokken/ha, wijnstokken van 10 tot 20 jaar. Zachte persing, daarna tweede gisting in autoclaaf.
In het glas — Goudgeel. Aromatische neus, met oranjebloesem. Evenwichtig, zoet en lang in de mond.
Aan tafel — Traditioneel bij kerstdesserts en eenvoudige taarten. Maar ook, verrassender, bij kaas en charcuterie.
Serveren — 6 tot 8 °C. 5 % vol. 75 cl.
