VINIFICATION - After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the cellar. Here, they are selected and carefully broken down. Then comes fermentation. Traditional method (on lees).
COLOUR - Brilliant golden yellow with a very fine and persistent bubble.
FRAGRANCES – Mango, apple, papaya and Gallia melon, complemented by other fruity nuances.
FLAVOUR – Light and silky. Velvety sensation without sacrificing freshness thanks to the acidity of the fruit. Nice finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 8-10°C.
