VINIFICATION - The 3 three grape varieties separately with blending afterwards. Maceration on the skins for about 8 days, at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C.
REFINING - In steel vats and in bottles.
COLOUR - Intense cherry red with purplish reflections.
FRAGRANCES - Plum, cherry, forest fruits, liquorice and chocolate.
FLAVOUR - Harmonious, spicy, tannic, all in balance.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 18°C.
