Moscato d’Asti DOCG
Moscato d'Asti is five degrees of alcohol, fine bubbles and the scent of fresh grapes. The least tiring dessert wine there is.
Moscato Bianco 100%, on clay-limestone, Guyot-trained, 5,000 plants/ha, vines of 10 to 20 years. Gentle pressing, then second fermentation in autoclave.
In the glass — Golden yellow. Aromatic nose, on orange blossom. Balanced, sweet and persistent on the palate.
At the table — Traditionally with Christmas desserts and simple cakes. But also, more surprisingly, with cheeses and charcuterie.
Serving — 6 to 8 °C. 5% vol. 75 cl.
