Typical sausage from the Vasto Hills and Mountains of Vasto "Alto – Medio Vastese" from the province of Chieti.
Fresh meat from pigs, raised on the national territory, is selected and prepared with care. The meat is cut into large pieces and seasoned with salt, hot pepper, wild fennel seeds, pepper and spices.
The Ventricina is stuffed into a collagenous casing in the form of a pig's bladder, delicately tied by hand and suspended until fully matured.
Maturation about 60/90 days.
Gluten-free - Lactose-free.
Ingredients - Pork, salt, hot pepper, dextrose, natural flavours, spices. Antioxidant E301.
Preservatives - E252 – E250
Vacuum-packed product.
