TERRAIN AND ALTITUDE - Limestone, sandy and rocky, from 70 to 450m above sea level.
TYPE OF VITICULTURE - 2 methods, sector and Guyot.
HARVEST - End of August - beginning of September, according to the decision of the "consorzio".
VINIFICATION - In auto-clave, the "charmat" method.
MATURING - 30 to 40 days in the bottle after under-bottling.
COLOR - Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
FRAGRANCES - Delicately fruity, reminiscent of white flowers (wisteria and acacia) and fresh fruit (apple), with notes of tropical fruits.
