TERRAIN AND ALTITUDE - Limestone, sandy and rocky, from 200 to 250m above sea level.
TYPE OF VITICULTURE - 2 methods, sector and Guyot.
HARVEST - End of September, according to the decision of the "consorzio".
VINIFICATION - In auto-clave, the "charmat" method.
MATURING - 30 to 40 days in the bottle after under-bottling.
COLOR - Straw yellow.
FRAGRANCES - Slightly floral with notes of white flowers (acacia and wisteria) and fruits such as apple, pear and white peach. In vintages produced without sulphites, the dominant notes are ripe fruit such as pear and apple.
FLAVOUR - Absolutely dry, but just as velvety and round, the minerality of Valdobbiadene's soils stands out.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 8°C.
