ELECTRIC BEE - le Primitivo « non conventionnel » !

Fresh, fun and sustainable, with its light bottle and flamboyant red screw cap, Electric Bee is a fleshy Primitivo, characterized by a gritty nose with notes of wild strawberries and blackberries. On the palate notes of riper berries, seasoned with a pinch of tobacco leaf. Great freshness and very soft, supple tannins make it perfect for a brief refreshment before being served, especially in the warmer months of the year.

GRAPE VARIETY - Primitivo 100%

HARVEST – Manual harvest at the end of August.

VINIFICATION - In red with thermo-conditioning of the fermentation process (25°C max).

REFINING AND STORAGE - In steel and in bottle.

COLOUR - Intense ruby red with purple reflections.

FRAGRANCES - Gritty with notes of wild strawberries and blackberries.

FLAVOUR - Notes of riper forest fruits, drops of grilling sauce and a pinch of tobacco leaf. Good acidity, balanced alcohol and soft tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE – Serve chilled (12-14°C).
