Duca Minimo - Rosato Terre di Chieti IGT

A Montepulciano rosé from Terre di Chieti, and a properly coloured one. This isn't a decorative pale pink — there's fruit and substance in it.

In the glass — Deep pink. Fresh red berries with a light mineral touch. Harmonious on the palate, the fruit's acidity answering the freshness.

At the table — Shellfish soups and fish dishes, fish grilled or baked, and above all brodetto alla Vastese, the Abruzzese fish soup.

Serving — 8–10°C. 12.5% vol. 75cl.
