GRAPE VARIETY – Corvina
VINIFICATION – Bleeding technique: half of the juice is taken to be vinified as rosé, and the other half continues to be vinified as red with a must/juice ratio twice as high (doppia pasta).
COLOUR – Deep, almost purplish ruby.
FRAGRANCES - Notes of black cherry and candied fruit stand out with a marked woody and minty note.
FLAVOUR - On the palate, there are notes of ripe red fruits with delicate woody notes. Solid and balanced structure. The technique of bleeding makes it a full-bodied and vinous wine.
SERVING TEMPERATURE – 14°C.
