VINIFICATION - After a long drying in a ventilated and dry environment, the bunches are pressed. The must is then fermented slowly with a maceration of the skins for 30 days.
MATURING - 10 months in barrels and 4 to 6 months of ageing in the bottle.
COLOUR - Deep ruby red.
FRAGRANCES - Intense and fruity.
FLAVOUR - Sweet and harmonious with hints of rose.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 16-18°C.
