VINIFICATION - In red with thermo-conditioning of the fermentation process.
REFINING AND STORAGE - In steel and in bottle.
COLOR - Ruby red.
FRAGRANCES - Intense and complex, with elegant fruity notes (plum, blackberry, blackcurrant) that intertwine with the typically spicy ones (cinnamon, black pepper).
FLAVOUR - Quite warm, sweet, rightly tannic, persistent.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 16-18°C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT - 13.5%
