GRAPE VARIETY - Negroamaro 90%, Primitivo 10%
CHARACTERISTICS - From 4000 to 5000 vines per hectare, 50-year-old vines.
TYPE OF VITICULTURE - Apulian goblet and/or espalier.
HARVEST - From September 20th.
VINIFICATION - Thermoconditioning of the fermentation process, two weeks of maceration.
MATURATION AND STORAGE - 12 months in French barriques.
COLOR - Intense red with delicate and soft nuances tending to garnet.
AROMAS - Intense and complex, spicy notes of cloves and tobacco combine with a rich fruitiness.
TASTE - Delicately fresh and round, supported by a large structure.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - 16-18°C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT - 15%
