Aimé - Pecorino d'Abruzzo Superiore DOC: pecorino is a white grape from Abruzzo. Cascina del Colle grows it at Villamagna and ferments it in stainless steel tanks.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG: a Tuscan Sangiovese, known locally as Prugnolo gentile, for roasts and aged cheeses.
